On this page you will find resources that will be useful in your planning process. They have been separated into different categories, but you may need to do some of your own research. Use your work pages to collate your information making sure you keep track of your budget.

Once you have completed all your research you will need to create an actual itinerary for your trip. An itinerary is essentially an outline of what you will be doing each day including times.
It may look something like this - you will do this for each day:

8:00 am
Arrive at airport 1.5 hours early, flight to Hamilton at 9:30.
11:30 am
Arrive at Hamilton Island. Bus transfer to hotel.
12-3:00 pm
Free time to explore and find lunch.
3:00 - 5:00 pm
3:00 - 5:00 pm
Go karting. Begins at 3:30, leave hotel at 3:00.
Go karting. Begins at 3:30, leave hotel at 3:00.
6:30 pm
Dinner reservations at fancy restraunt.
Your itinerary may look different and you will need to include more details such as the flight number, go karting name, restaurant name, hotel name etc.
Your entire project will need to include ALL the information you have collected into one folder encompassing everything you will need for your trip. Although you will not be booking anything, you will need to show your research including proof of the prices you are using.

Overall budget and breakdown of where ALL your money has gone. Make sure you are leaving a little bit of extra money for spending or emergencies.
