It is time to design this house. Using a new piece of graph paper you will be creating a rough draft of your dream home. There are a few things you will need to consider. Your house must have at least 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and a kitchen. You will also need to include a fence around the entire thing.

Once you have completed the design of your house your builder also wants to know how much carpet he needs to buy for the bedrooms. In order help him out you will need to figure out the area of all 3 bedrooms and write this on your plan. He also wants to order the fencing for your house so you will need to figure that out as well and write it on your plan.

Finally, you will need to complete a good copy to hand in to your teacher.
